Poor Diet The Optimal Strategy

We recognize the various types of diet, and many of us who also had tried some of them. According to statistics, only 3 of the 100 people who make New Year's resolution to lose weight successfully achieve that resolution. So most likely, a diet that runs is also not so successful for the majority of people who tried.
